With over 35 years of experience in the real estate profession, Cindy Quade has established herself as one of the Capital Region’s most respected and accomplished real estate leaders. Specializing in new and existing home sales and marketing, Cindy represents some of the area’s premier new home builders and has helped thousands of homeowners and investors achieve their real estate goals.

As one of the first Realtors in the region to focus on new home sales, Cindy’s forward-thinking approach and dedication to professional growth have positioned her as a true industry trailblazer. Having trained under some of the nation’s most renowned real estate coaches, she has personally overseen more than $800 million in closed sales, earning her a reputation for excellence, innovation, and results.

Cindy’s leadership extends well beyond sales. She is a past Director of the New York State Association of Realtors, as well as a past Director and Officer of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR). She has also served on GCAR’s Professional Standards Committee, and as Past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she championed mentorship and professionalism within the industry. Her peers recognized her outstanding contributions by honoring her as Realtor of the Year in 2009.

A passionate advocate for education, Cindy also served as Trustee of the Educational Foundation, which provides scholarships and grants for students and teachers. “Education is the foundation for our youth,” she says. “It’s a lifelong ambition of mine to help children reach their potential in today’s competitive world.”

Cindy brings this same passion for education, mentorship, and service to her role at Signature ONE Realty Group, where she leads a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering the highest level of expertise, integrity, and personalized client care.

When she’s not helping clients or guiding her team, Cindy enjoys boating on Lake George with family and friends — a cherished retreat that keeps her grounded and inspired.

From Cindy....

I have been serving homeowners in the Capital Region for over 35 years. I love what I do. Why? Because nothing excites me more than watching home buyers become home owners. And working with sellers to protect their interest with their most valued asset. I have a love and passion for new home sales and love working with builders and helping homeowners in creating a new home starting with a sheet of paper to watching it grow into their dream home.

I have always loved homes and have been fascinated by how they reflect the homeowners who occupy them. I love turning houses into homes where memories can start. Since I was 6 years old, growing up in Latham, I remember knocking on my neighbors doors and asking if I could see their home. I loved the different layouts and unique characteristics of their homes. I didn't know it then, but many years later that interest would grow into my passion.

I am driven by watching people experience this for the first time. And I love helping homeowners that I have worked with in the past making that magic happen again. 

I started Signature ONE Realty Group because I wanted to work with other Realtors that had a genuine passion for helping people, not just an agent who wants to sell homes. Understanding that homeownership is probably one of the most gratifying and important decisions, I wanted to be around like minded agents that focused their attention to the details and the client experience.  I want people to know that when they work with a Signature ONE agent they are getting the best of the best.
