I had the pleasure of working with Genevieve Suguitan when I was relocating from the Capital Region to Texas. I had two rental properties and a primary residence that my family needed to sell in a relatively short period of time given our upcoming move. Genevieve was an absolute professional from  the start. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the area's RE market values and trends. Even more importantly she was always 100% honest, professional, easy to speak, a client advocate and approached every meeting with a smile. We really wished we could have taken her with us to Texas for the purchase of our new home in Texas. She's was truly awesome to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding Real Estate agent.
